Here is a document to help you better understand us and our activities. (Some concrete info that has been present at home page will be shown in the following text)

Who we are?

As the home page said, we are a group of high school students who advocate healthy living from Wugang NO.3 High School. Exactly, we are from Class 16, Grade 10. The club is set up because of our English teacher asked us to do so. We think it is important to us to help people quit smoking for it's harmful to both who are smoking and who are around them.

How will we do?

We have a strong belief that to those who are deeply addicted to smoking, it is not a easy thing to give up smoking. We will use our spare time to make some research on how to quit smoking quickly and thoroughly. We will also hold some activities to help people quit smoking. We will provide some tips and resources to help them quit. And we will give them something to eat instead of smoking, for example, we can provide them some candies or cookies.

How long can you quit smoking?

It is really hard to give you a certain time because different people have different habits and different reasons to smoke. Some people can quit smoking after 1 month, while others need more than 6 months. That depends on their duration of smoking and determination. But we promise we will try our best to help them quit smoking as quickly as possible.
